On a tour of northern Luzon, we arrived at our hotel at the most northern tip of the Philippines, noting a wind farm across the bay. It was a clear sky with faint wisps of high altitude clouds to reflect the light and as the sun went down, it became apparent that there would be a glorious sunset with the sun passing behind the wind turbines. With a 400mm lens, there was an opportunity to maximise the size of the sun with appropriately sized wind turbines in the foreground.
