The "bullying" demonstration sign is part of a long-running community protest against the Port of Cork Company. For generations, the public has used a traditional waterfront walking path in Cobh known as the Five Foot Way or the Deepwater Quay. The Port of Cork Company closed off public access to sections of this quay to secure operations around the deepwater berth.
