The Guardians: Gog and Magog
The arcade's most famous and theatrical hallmark is Gaunt's Clock, installed at the southern entryway in 1892. The Statues: The clock is flanked on either side by Gog and Magog—two seven-foot-tall mythical giant warriors carved out of local pine by artisan Mortimer Godfrey.
