Woljeonggyo Bridge

Originally built in 760 AD during the Unified Silla period, the grand covered wooden bridge was strategically constructed over the Namcheon (river) to connect the royal Wolseong Palace complex with the southern regions and the sacred Mount Namsan. After being destroyed during the Joseon Dynasty, it was completely reconstructed in 2018 based on extensive archaeological research.
