The Esk Brewery
Charles Stammers Button originally established the Esk Brewery in 1881. Scottish immigrant James Boag I and his son, James Boag II, purchased the brewery in 1883, officially forming J. Boag & Son. Now under the control of Lion Australia, the site is due to cease production in November 2026/
