The Seljalandsfoss waterfall, is to be found on the South Iceland tour from Reykjavik. The river is fresh water rather than glacier melt. The drop is around 60m and it is possible to walk behind the falls as many of the tourist excursions are wont to do.
This is a high dynamic range image, comprised of 5 exposures which capture both the sky without being over-blown and the rock face detail. Shutter speeds are in the region of 1/10s to blur the water.
